We currently ship to addresses within the UK and EU member countries.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, dispatch times may be extended.
Delivery Timeframes

- European Union: 5–10 business days

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
EU orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Le Petit Saint is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and products. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
Temperature & Product Care
Our skincare products are packaged to minimise temperature exposure. However, we are not responsible for degradation caused by extreme weather conditions during transit.
Undelivered & Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address details, re-shipping fees may apply.
