To preserve this experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you take note of the following guidelines.
Arrival
We invite you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, allowing time to settle into the clinic, complete any necessary forms and prepare for your treatment without feeling rushed.
Where your treatment requires numbing or additional preparation, our team will advise you ahead of your appointment. For selected skin treatments, you may also be asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.
Consultations
At Le Petit Saint, consultation is an important part of your treatment journey. Our Aesthetic Doctors and Dermal Therapists take time to understand your skin, medical background, lifestyle and individual goals before recommending an appropriate treatment pathway.
This considered approach allows every treatment plan to be shaped around the individual, with safety, suitability and long-term skin health at its foundation.
Clinic Environment
Le Petit Saint has been designed as a place of discretion, stillness and restoration. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of others enjoying treatments and time within the clinic, helping us preserve the calm and privacy of the space.
