Description
ExoLase is an advanced laser that combines two wavelengths in one device. One gently removes microscopic areas of the skin's surface to renew texture and tone. The other works deeper, warming the skin to stimulate collagen while leaving the surface intact. Used separately or together, and at a wide range of strengths, they allow your treatment to be tailored precisely to your skin, your concerns and how much recovery time you have.
Because some ExoLase treatments involve a period of healing, every new ExoLase patient begins with a consultation with one of our doctors. Treatment is not carried out on the same day.
What ExoLase Can Offer
Skin rejuvenation at three levels
- Gentle: radiance, texture and pores, with no downtime. Usually a course of four weekly sessions, or a single session before a special event, with maintenance every three months.
- Advance: for visible signs of ageing, sun damage, fine lines and enlarged pores. Expect redness and fine flaking for a few days. Usually two to three sessions, around a month apart.
- Intense: our most powerful option, for mature skin with deeper lines and significant sun damage, with a tightening effect. Longer recovery, usually one or two sessions.
ExoLase can be used on all skin tones. For darker skin, we adjust settings and usually recommend preparing the skin for a few weeks beforehand to reduce the risk of pigmentation changes.

Face, Neck, Décolletage, Hands
Results
Visible improvements in texture, tone, fine lines and pigmentation, developing gradually over the days and weeks following treatment as your skin responds. How quickly results develop depends on the level and concern treated, and your doctor will talk you through a realistic timeline at your consultation. Individual results vary.
Treatment Care
Aftercare depends on the level and concern treated. Gentle sessions typically involve no downtime. Advance sessions usually involve some redness and fine flaking for a few days, while Intense sessions, and treatments for concerns such as acne or scarring, involve a longer recovery. Your doctor will give you full aftercare guidance suited to your treatment plan at consultation.
